    What's new in our Prepared Foods department? Savory Pies. These hearty pies are similiar to the classic pot pie and are available in 3 flavors, Meatball Marinara, BBQ Chicken, and Eggplant Parmesan. Join us while we sample out the Savory Pies right in front of our Prepared Foods Department.

Kelly's passion is inspiring people in health, weight and aging concerns related to sugar and wheat to not live without- but to have their sweets and eat them too. Learn the basics of wheat/gluten/sugar/corn/soy/nut and dairy-free cooking. Learn an easy way to make sugar and wheat-free mint chocolate patties. Space is limited.
