Locally Grown: Ontario

In Ontario and the Midwestern United States, Whole Foods Market has teamed up with Sustain and FamilyFarmed.org to support local farmers. Sustain's FamilyFarmed.org program encourages local and organic farming by connecting regional farmers with trade buyers and consumers. Sustain also encourages public policy that supports sustainable farming, local economic development and job creation through local and organic food production.
