Gluten Free Reheating Information

Our products (with the exception of our Pie Shells) are fully cooked and ready to eat. With the exception of our Cupcakes (which are thaw and serve), we highly recommend that you warm our products before serving, as this enhances the taste, aroma, and especially the texture. Please remember that toaster ovens, conventional ovens, and microwaves vary in heat intensity, and that some types of products heat more quickly than others. Also, make sure the toaster oven or microwave is completely cleaned out, to prevent cross contamination of gluten from other household use.

We recommend reheating products in a toaster oven or conventional oven when possible. Be cautious when using a microwave, since overuse can cause the product to become overly chewy. Five seconds in a microwave can be perfect, though, for something like a cookie — it creates a just-baked texture and aroma. Bread slices can be toasted in a conventional toaster or toaster oven.

Heating Instructions

Pizza Crust

If frozen, thaw to room temperature. Top as desired. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 10–20 minutes, depending on toppings.

Pie Crust

Thaw crust to room temperature. For no-bake filling, bake shell with pie weights on middle rack of oven for 30–40 minutes at 325°F until golden brown. Filled pies can be baked for 65–70 minutes at 325°F on the middle rack, or according to recipe.

Other Products

Thaw all other products to room temperature. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F and bake for 2–10 minutes as needed.

Product Shelf Life After Thawing

We recommend keeping our products frozen until you are ready to eat them. Product quality will remain stable while frozen for up to 6 months, with the exception of our Stuffing Cubes which remain stable up to 1.5 years and our Fruit and Nut Granola which will remain stable for one year.
