At Whole Foods Market Portland, we are active participants in ourcommunity. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and therelationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make adifference.
Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way wegive back to our community. On designated days throughout the year atotal of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profitorganizations. Customers help support our selected organizations justby shopping on these 5% Days.

Whole Foods Market and Tom's of Maine Believe in Preventative Healthcare!
The Dental Heath Clinic of the School of Dental Health Science in Forest Grove provides preventative dental health services to the community, with an emphasis on patients who have limited access to dental care.
In the clinic's first 18 months of operation, over 3,000 patients have been served. More than 50% are at or below the poverty level, and 80% lack sufficient insurance coverage.
